University Council
It is the elected and legitimate representative of the university, it consists of:
1-The Chancellor
2-Chancellor Assistant for Scientific Affairs
3-Chancellor Assistant for Administrative Affairs
4-The Deans
5-Council Secretary
The council shall be responsible for the followings:
1- Discussing the annual budget of the university and submit it to the Ministry.
2-Discussing the regulations and instructions and approve them.
3-It is responsible for the coordination between the university and its colleges with other institutes (from both private and public sectors).
4-Evaluating the annual and periodic reports of the university and forming special committees responsible for evaluating the graduates' efficiency.
5-Discussing the projects prepared by the colleges' councils to organize the students' affairs and approve them.
