Studies, Planning a Follow up Department
The department is directly related to the Chancellor Assistant for Scientific Affairs, it consists of three divisions:
1-Studies and Planning Division
2-Follow up Division
3-Statistics Division
It performs a strategic task via providing data and statistics about the university and its colleges and centers.
Tasks
1-Preparing the university annual plan.
2-Preparing statistical reports for the colleges and centers.
3-Preparing statistical tables for the students and faculty staff.
4-Preparing a database for all the employees of the university
5-The department is responsible for inventorying all university assets.
6-Preparing a database for all graduates of the university.
