The British Council Holds a Lecture at College of Oil and Gas Engineering

As part of the ongoing cooperation and coordination between BUOG and the British Council, an introductory lecture was held by the deputy- director of the council, Ali Tarboush, at the college of oil and gas engineering.

The lecture discussed the implementation of Learn English Connect LEC program for the students and employees of BUOG. This program, which is to be launched soon, relies on the online learning system designed to complement and support English language learners; at the end of the course, Aptis Certificate shall be granted for the participants who pass the test.

For his part, Dr. Raad Salih, Dean Assistant for Administrative Affairs, confirmed the importance and effectiveness of the program to develop the students' and alumni' skills in English Language, thus to enhance the opportunities of graduates to find future jobs at the important international companies.
