Dr. Amar Al- Baaj, the representative of BUOG, has participated in the Higher Education Sobriety Conference arranged by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research n Baghdad.
During the conference, Dr. Al- Baaj presented the most important key topics such as the independence of universities, academic freedom and integrity, the role of technical education and its importance in the new Iraq, e- government, research centers and the quality of education.
The conference was attended by the Head of Arab Universities Association, Dr. Sultan Abu Orabi, the Chancellor of the Middle East Universities, Dr. Mahir Salim as well as a number of foreign, arab and Iraqi academics.
