The Women's Affairs Unit at the College of Petroleum and Gas Engineering organized a workshop entitled "Women's Rights in the Workplace: Women in Leadership" . The important points of the rights that women should have in the workplace, their roles, and how to deal with the challenges they face were highlighted . It also emphasized the characteristics of women in leadership positions and the importance of their participation alongside men in tasks and responsibilities. It was praised for the fact that the university employed good management of this issue, as evidenced by the enrollment of many distinguished female employees in leadership positions in departments, units, and even sections. At the end of the workshop, the main topics of the subject were discussed with the attendees.
