The Oil and Gas Engineering College Chess Championship for students started on Thursday morning, the 29th of February. The event was organized by the Student Activities Unit at Oil and Gas Engineering College in collaboration with the Student Activities Department at the University Presidency. The first round of the championship for students included three matches. Assistant Professor Ali Basu Jabir, the head of student activities, stated that this championship is part of a series of student activities at the college, which will take place during the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024.
