Registration and Students Affairs Department
This department is directly related to the Chancellor Assistant for Scientific Affairs, it consists of two divisions:
1-Students Affairs Division
It is responsible for all students issues (technical and administrative) starting from the acceptance of the students until graduation.
1-Organizing new students’ registration and preparing university acceptance plan as approved by the boards of colleges.
2-Organizing the students’ documents, transitions and hosting of students and nomination modification.
3-Students I.D issuance.
4-Delivering the latest instructions regarding the students’ affairs.
5-Identifying the top students (morning and evening studies) and organizing their data according to specific forms then send them to the Ministry and the official agencies.
6-Ratification of graduation documents.
