Financial Affairs Department
This department is directly related to the Chancellor Assistant for Administrative Affairs, it includes four divisions:
1-Operational division
2-Investment division
3-Stocks division
4-Salaries divisions
It is responsible for all financial transactions in the University of Basra for Oil and Gas.
Tasks
1-Following up all the university financial requirements.
2-Preparing the planning budget and final consolidated accounts, it is also responsible for all inquiries of the supreme financial audit and pays the salaries of the university staff.
