Public Relations and Media Department
The department is directly related to the Chancellor of the university, it is concerned with documenting all the activities of the university such as conferences, seminars, discussions, sport and artistry activities, technical and scientific activities……etc. It consists of two divisions: Public Relations and Media.
Tasks:
1-Documenting all the activities and news of the university.
2-Organizing and facilitating the work of delegates, journalists and news and T.V. networks in order to hold meetings with the Chancellor of the university, the assistants and the dean.
3-Arranging various ceremonies and coordinating with the media agencies.
4-The Issuance of a quarterly newspaper (already issued Al- Juman newspaper).
5-Providing the agencies, newspapers and websites with the latest news of the university.
6-Archiving all the activities of the university.
7-The department issues congratulations cards in religious and public events.
