Basra University for Oil and Gas organizes a training course on: "Administrative Skills"

Under the patronage of the President of Basra Oil and Gas University, Professor Dr. Muhammad Halil Hafez Al-Kaabi, the Continuing Education Center at the Presidency of Basra Oil and Gas University organized, on Tuesday morning, October 20, 2026, a training course entitled: (Administrative Skills), in the presence of a number of faculty members and university employees.

The course covered a number of topics and themes related to developing administrative skills, enhancing job performance efficiency, introducing modern management methods, as well as planning, organizing and decision-making skills, and the importance of effective communication and teamwork in improving the work environment and achieving institutional goals.

The course was presented by Dr. Hassan Khayoun Abbas, Dr. Laith Heysam Abdul Latif, and Assistant Professor Muhammad Daoud Attia, who presented a set of proposals and applications that contribute to enhancing the administrative and professional skills of the participants.

This course is being held as part of the training programs organized by the Continuing Education Center, with the aim of developing the professional and administrative capabilities and skills of the university’s staff, and raising the level of performance in line with the requirements of modern academic and administrative work.
