The "Training of Trainers (TOT)" course for employees of the South Refineries Company concluded at the University of Basra for Oil and Gas, and participants underwent testing.

Under the patronage of the President of Basra University for Oil and Gas, Professor Dr. Muhammad Halil Hafez Al-Kaabi, the Continuing Education Center at the University Presidency concluded today, Thursday, October 8, 2026, the specialized training course entitled: (Preparing Trainers TOT), for employees of the South Refineries Company, which lasted for two weeks.

The course was presented by the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Kadhim Saddam, and the Head of the Training Division at the Center, Assistant Lecturer Muntadhar Oraibi Jassim. The course covered a number of topics related to developing training skills and preparing trainers, as well as developing communication skills, managing training sessions, and dealing effectively with trainees.

At the end of the course, a comprehensive test was conducted for the participants to measure their understanding of the course topics and the level of benefit they derived from the training program.
